So while William and my mom were in Maryland, I went food-making crazy! I love to cook but don”t always have the time to really experiment the way I want to. I took off that whole week while they were gone and made a bunch of ravioli and put up fresh veggies for the winter. Pure bliss. I didn’t get to make everything I wanted. I still have ginger apple tarts in my head and chocolate raspberry ice cream but those will come soon. I hope. This is mushroom, basil and ricotta being assembled. The next would be corn, bacon, ricotta and basil. Yum!
